How to permanently delete your XBeauty account data

How to Delete Your Account From the App

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the XBeauty app. Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the XBeauty application on your device.
  2. Navigate to the "My Profile" or "Settings" section.
  3. Find and tap on the "Delete Account" option.
  4. Read the confirmation message carefully and confirm your choice to permanently delete your data.

Requesting Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can also request data deletion by sending us an email.

  • To: [email protected]
  • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • In the email, please provide the name and email address associated with your XBeauty account to help us identify you.

What Happens Next?

Once you confirm the deletion, this action is irreversible. The following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your personal profile information (name, email, etc.).
  • Your order history and saved addresses.
  • Your wishlist and saved items.
  • Any other data linked to your account.

چۆنیەتی سڕینەوەی هەژمارەکەت لەناو ئەپەکەدا

دەتوانیت هەژمارەکەت و هەموو زانیارییە پەیوەستەکانت بە شێوەیەکی هەمیشەیی ڕاستەوخۆ لەناو ئەپی XBeauty بسڕیتەوە. تکایە ئەم هەنگاوانە جێبەجێ بکە:

  1. ئەپلیکەیشنی XBeauty لەسەر ئامێرەکەت بکەرەوە.
  2. بڕۆ بۆ بەشی "پڕۆفایلی من" یان "ڕێکخستنەکان" (Settings).
  3. بگەڕێ و کلیک لەسەر بژاردەی "سڕینەوەی هەژمار" (Delete Account) بکە.
  4. نامەی پشتڕاستکردنەوەکە بە وردی بخوێنەرەوە و هەڵبژاردنەکەت بۆ سڕینەوەی هەمیشەیی زانیارییەکانت پشتڕاست بکەرەوە.

داواکردنی سڕینەوە لە ڕێگەی ئیمەیڵەوە

ئەگەر ناتوانیت بچیتە ناو ئەپەکەوە، دەتوانیت لە ڕێگەی ناردنی ئیمەیڵێکەوە داوای سڕینەوەی زانیارییەکانت بکەیت.

  • لەناو ئیمەیڵەکەدا، تکایە ناو و ئەو ناونیشانی ئیمەیڵەی کە پەیوەستە بە هەژماری XBeautyـەکەتەوە دابین بکە بۆ ئەوەی یارمەتیدەر بێت لە ناسینەوەت.

دوای سڕینەوە چی ڕوودەدات؟

کاتێک سڕینەوەکە پشتڕاست دەکەیتەوە، ئەم کارە ناگەڕێتەوە. ئەم زانیاریانەی خوارەوە بە شێوەیەکی هەمیشەیی لە سیستەمەکانماندا لادەبرێن:

  • زانیاریی پڕۆفایلی کەسیت (ناو، ئیمەیڵ، هتد).
  • مێژووی داواکارییەکانت و ناونیشانە پاشەکەوتکراوەکانت.
  • لیستی ئارەزووەکانت و ئەو کاڵایانەی پاشەکەوتت کردوون.
  • هەر زانیارییەکی تری پەیوەست بە هەژمارەکەتەوە.
